“The coaching I received from Suzy has been life-changing from a personal and business perspective. I have gotten more from it than I could have ever imagined.” - Daniel Brooke.
An ADHD-friendly approach to help you build the business you want - while staying authentically you
The Bright Bold Business Builder is the antidote to neurotypical business support and training.
It’s 20 years of experience in business:
-
Planning
-
Strategy
-
Project management
-
Journalism
Combined with qualified ADHD coaching and a technicolour brain. And condensed into a six-week programme.
The result?
A winning formula of actionable business advice, without any of the fluff. Made specifically for ADHD brains.
This means:
-
No unnecessary or unusable spreadsheets
-
No jargon
-
No sales pitches
-
No standard concepts explained in standard ways
Rejoice!
Instead, we focus on what you need to know to start and run a successful business. All while being kind to your endlessly creative, curious, distracted, anxious brain.
And we explain everything in a non-boring way that makes sense to you.
❌ Less: Here’s how to create a cash flow forecast.
✅ More: Here’s how to keep money in the bank, have systems in place to get paid and not freak out in the process.
❌ Less: Here’s how to manage time.
✅ More: Here’s how to stay on track and minimise distractions, but not get down on yourself if your mind starts wondering what penguins would do during a day at the seaside.
In other words, we sweat the stuff ADHDers think about.

Meet Suzy (your BBBB coach)
That’s me in the photo. Builder of Bright Bold Businesses. Proud technicolour brain, hair and all.
I’m a qualified ADHD Works coach who’s worked in business support for over 20 years (does it show?). In that time, I’ve helped hundreds of businesses of all shapes, sizes and ages figure sh*t out.
My treasure hunting instincts are finely tuned to sniff out strengths and weaknesses. My brain is adept at finding clear, creative strategies. My mouth refuses to speak in business jargon.
And I’ve had to do things the neurotypical way for long enough to know that “ordinary” doesn’t work when you see things in extraordinary ways.
