“For the first time ever, I’m working with a coach who fully understands my brain and the way I have to work. With Suzy’s support, I’ve been able to achieve goals that have been in the pipeline for over three years.” - Ebony Newton, Founder, Dotty Black

Come as you are
One-to-one coaching is an ADHD-friendly space for you to process feelings, overcome challenges and make good on your business dreams.
Late-diagnosed or late-identified ADHD, you’re free to be yourself here. Excitability, impulsivity, fidgeting and all. We’re neurodivergent too. It’s the only way we know.
The Technicolour Project support system is designed around your needs and what you want to achieve.
Whether that’s tackling a single hurdle or plotting your way to world domination.
Think of it as a personal user guide for your brain.
A bold guide, bursting with ideas. Presented in glorious technicolour.
So you feel empowered to use ADHD as an advantage. And present your authentic self to the world, in the way only you can.
We start from where you are now and figure out where you want to be. Then, build the path to get you there, using tools and strategies to keep you happy, motivated, and accountable.
Along the way, you’ll explore any feelings of grief and anger related to your ADHD. And set aside difficulties to grab hold of everything that makes you bold, brilliant, and unique.
All while being kind to yourself and moving to the beat of your technicolour brain.
Come as you, now. Leave with:
-
More confidence
-
A forward-looking outlook
-
Clear goals
-
Greater self-esteem
-
Control over personal boundaries
-
A better understanding and acceptance of your ADHD behaviours
Out with the typical. In with the neurodivergent.
Standard business coaching doesn’t fit well with an ADHD brain.
It tends to teach theory, powered by spreadsheets, forms and specific rules around what works in a neurotypical world.
When what you want to know is:
✅ How to decide what to do and in what order
✅ How to overcome the fear of running an ADHD business
✅ How to stay motivated but allow yourself a well-earned switch off
✅ How to actually GET SH*T DONE with all of the other stuff going on in your endlessly curious, creative brain

One-to-one ADHD business coaching takes the stuff you need to know about starting and running a business—things we’ve learned and shared with business owners for over 20 years—and delivers it neurodivergent-style.
So you can:
-
Feel confident in your skills
-
Learn how to build, run and grow your business
-
Have systems in place to stop you freaking out at the everyday stuff
-
Be happier in your life outside of work (happy lives = happy businesses)
All without a murky grey catalogue of paperwork, sales pitches or any hint of unhelpful jargon.
It’s coaching in glorious technicolour. With a personal coach who’s also an ADHDer, doubling as your number-one cheerleader and accountability partner.
“I immediately felt at ease from the first meeting and felt heard and understood in every session. Suzy is a naturally gifted coach and takes an empathic and individual approach. I very much felt that the work we did was tailored to my needs and not from a template.”
- Jo Child
How it works
1. Getting to know you
Choosing an ADHD coach is a big deal. You need to know you’re making the right choice. Together, we need to agree our coaching can help.
We’ll start with an intro call to learn about each other. You tell us what you want to achieve. We’ll tell you more about how we coach.

If you’ve already picked a coaching plan, we’ll explain what to expect and what you’ll get out of it.

If you’re unsure which plan is right for you, we’ll use the call to make sure our coaching is what you need. If so, we’ll recommend the best option.
When you’re happy with everything, we’ll schedule your coaching sessions.
2. Getting to coach you
This is the stuff we live for: turning your ADHD into an advantage.

Coaching sessions give you the space to explore your brain and do the work you want.

You’ll get access to our online coaching platform, which contains session reminders and resources that will help you during the process.

Before each session, we’ll ask you to complete a short preparation form. After each session, we’ll ask you to complete a homework/feedback form.

This helps us stay focused on getting you where you want to go.

For each session, we’ll set a topic of discussion related to your goals or challenges. But you’re free to change direction or focus whenever you like.

Coaching is a partnership. You’ll always work with the same coach, who’ll listen, show, support, motivate and keep you accountable. But you’re in charge.

The process works on your terms, in a way that’s kind to your ADHD brain.
