We're friendly, welcoming, enthusiastic, authentic and endlessly creative.

You can blame both the ADHD and our values for that.

Here are the rules The Technicolour Project lives by.

1. Treat people with kindness

It’s the golden rule. The Technicolour Project is a safe space for ADHDers. We want you to feel appreciated, valued and supported with every interaction. We also want you to be kind to yourself. And we’ll do whatever we can to make that happen.

2. Be proudly different

Different doesn’t mean less. It means unique, brilliant, curious, creative, eager, dynamic, energetic, lively, knowledgeable, hardworking, meticulous, playful, versatile, spontaneous, talented, understanding, empathetic, inventive, daring and bold.

It means you have the freedom to work, live and think exactly how you want without explanation or apology.

But it never ever means less.

We promise to recognise, embrace and celebrate neurodivergence in ourselves and you.

3. Remain authentic to the core

In with shuffling around, fidgeting, losing train of thought, saying what you feel and dressing in whatever’s comfortable.

Out with corporate suits, business jargon and meaningless societal rules. Do everything in full ADHD.

4. Always hunt for treasure

It’s there in everyone – that brilliance. Those strengths that lie just beneath the surface. We don’t stop until we find your treasure and help you see it.

We’re committed to exploring options, bringing different perspectives, discovering new paths and supporting you on your ADHD business journey.

5. Never stop learning

The Technicolour Project is a platform to advocate for others and make space for your voice to be heard. But to get it right, we have to keep moving and growing.

We’re committed to personal growth and self-improvement. We’re also aware of our privilege and are open to learning about how marginalised groups experience the world.

We’re a work in progress. We learn from mistakes. And we follow our values to do better for us all.
