MENTOR COACHING FOR
ADHD COACHES
An ADHD-friendly path to confidence, competence, and ICF credentialing.
You’ve trained as a coach.
Maybe you’ve started working with clients.
Maybe you’re still building your confidence.
Wherever you are, you know one thing for sure: you want to become the kind of coach who truly gets ADHD brains - and supports them with skill and compassion.
That’s where mentor coaching comes in.

As a PCC-credentialed coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and founder of The Technicolour Project, I specialise in coaching and training through the lens of ADHD. My mentor coaching isn’t just about ticking the boxes for ICF requirements (though it does that too), it’s about giving you a safe, ADHD-friendly space to strengthen your coaching techniques, experiment with your style, and grow into the coach you want to be.
WHY ADHD-INFORMED
MENTOR COACHING?
Traditional mentor coaching can feel rigid, intimidating, or like it’s “all about the assessment.” But if you’re coaching ADHD clients, you already know that standard approaches don’t always fit neurodivergent brains.
My approach is:

-
Flexible and accessible – Designed with ADHD in mind, so you can engage without overwhelm.
-
Strengths-based – We’ll notice what’s working well in your coaching as much as where you can grow.
-
Real-world focused – Feedback is grounded in what actually helps you and your ADHD clients thrive.
-
ICF aligned – Every session connects back to the ICF Core Competencies and coaching markers.

ADHD-Informed Skill Development
Insights into how ADHD shows up in coaching spaces — both for you as a coach and for your clients.
ICF Credentialing Support
Hours that count towards the 10 required mentor coaching hours for your ACC, PCC, or renewal pathway.
Encouragement + Accountability
A space to reflect, experiment, and grow at a pace that feels safe and sustainable.
Support with a business perspective
An experienced business adviser and coach, you'll also benefit from my 'business brain' and service-first perspective.
AND IT COULD BE FOR YOU, IF YOU ARE:
-
Working towards your first ICF credential (ACC) and want mentor coaching that also deepens your ADHD coaching toolkit.
-
Renewing your ACC or PCC and need mentor coaching hours with someone who understands the ADHD coaching landscape.
-
Already coaching ADHD clients, but feel ready to level-up your skills, confidence, and ICF alignment.
GROUP OR INDIVIDUAL?
Everyone learns differently, and ADHD brains often thrive when given options.
That’s why I offer both:

Individual Mentor Coaching
Personalised, 1:1 support where we focus entirely on your growth as a coach. You’ll receive detailed, tailored feedback and space to explore your coaching style.
Group Mentor Coaching
Learn alongside other aspiring ADHD coaches in a supportive, ADHD-friendly group environment. Groups bring fresh perspectives, shared experiences, and the chance to practice in community — while still meeting ICF requirements.
Many coaches choose a blend of both to get the best of personalised feedback and peer learning.
WHY ME, YOU ASK?
I've had quite the journey with my own ADHD coaching practice.

I've completed two ADHD coaching courses, and achieved my ICF PCC certification in under 18 months.
I've also become a facilitator for specialist ADHD coaching training, supporting others in achieving their own goals.
AND... I'm an AuDHDer myself; queer, disabled, and sustainably self employed!
I know what it's like to feel uncertain. And I know the joy of watching coaches step into their unique style, with confidence and self assurance.
That's what my mentor coaching is all about.
